From 2003 to 2013, Carlos was immersed in the insulation industry, engaging in a wide range of residential and commercial projects. His journey continued as he delved into energy conservation initiatives, broadening his expertise and impact. In 2014, driven by a vision that surpassed his experiences, Carlos embarked on a new chapter by founding his own company.

Carlos’s time in the industry was not just about perfecting his craft in insulation; it was a period of profound learning and gratitude for the opportunities that came his way. However, Carlos’s ambitions extended far beyond the technical skills he acquired.

"We had our old (1965) attic insulation removed (including some asbestos) and replaced all the ducts and vents and added new insulation on a 1600 sq ft house in Davis by Carlos Insulation. The total project was $13,000. It was all done quickly and efficiently. They put a plastic shield up to keep the particulates from getting into the rest of the house. All the workers were good to work with and cleaned up their workspace very well. We are noticing a very significant improvement in the efficiency of our air conditioning."
